Heritage Grand invests in biodynamically growing ancient grains at farms in France & Belgium, using time-honored, organic methods. We sustainably sail the grains to the US, where they are milled onsite and used to make baked goods that are better for you and the planet.
Sustainable Shipping
The ancient grains are shipped to NYC via sailboat under wind power for the most sustainable method of delivery.
Milled Onsite
The ancient grains are milled on site at Heritage Grand using fine granite mills.
Our Bread
The flour from the ancient grains is used in its baked goods and the restaurant's menu items and in the bakery. Heritage Grand Bakery also has a vibrant wholesale program. These baked goods are nutritionally better for you and the planet.
